Photos

The photos screen is where you can manually add photos from your camera. Refer to “Easy Cars -> Easy Photo” Category on how to setup and use Easy Photo and customise borders and watermarks.

COMMON QUESTIONS ABOUT UPLOADING PHOTOS

The simple answer is no you don’t have to use the iPhone or Android App, though it does make the process of uploading images very quick and simple.

Option 1 – Go to the vehicle and add the photos directly

  • Go to ‘Vehicles’
  • Select ‘Stock Management’
  • Select the vehicle you want to add photos to.
  • Click on the ‘Photos’ tab.
  • Click ‘Add photos’
  • Navigate to where the photos are stored and drag and drop them to the middle of the pop up window.
  • Alternatively you can click on ‘Add Files’
  • Navigate to the photo location.
  • And select the images you want to attach to the vehicle. To select multiple photos at one time hold in the ‘Ctrl’ button on your keyboard.
  • Click ‘Open’
  • Click ‘Start Upload’

Option 2 – Add photos via the photos screen

  • Go to ‘Vehicles’
  • Select ‘Photos’
  • Select or search for the vehicle that you want to add photos to.
  • Click the ‘Add Photos’ button.
  • Navigate to where the photos are stored and drag and drop them to the middle of the pop up window.
  • Alternatively you can click on ‘Add Files’
  • Navigate to the photo location.
  • And select the images you want to attach to the vehicle. To select multiple photos at one time hold in the ‘Ctrl’ button on your keyboard.
  • Click ‘Open’
  • Click ‘Start Upload’
  • Once photos have been added to the vehicle you can click and drag the image to the order in which you want it to be displayed.
  • Click on ‘Vehicles’
  • Select ‘Photos’
  • Select the vehicle you want to reorder photos for.
  • Click and drag the images that need to be rearranged to the desired order.
  • Click ‘Save Changes’
  • Click on ‘Vehicles’
  • Select ‘Photos’
  • Click on the vehicle you want to delete photos for.
  • Click the ‘Delete’ button on the images that you want to remove.
  • Click ‘Save Changes’
